The app is okay it's the actual company that is very misleading. I went to them because of thier supposedly good record i was wrong it took them over a year to finally come to a resolution with my case. I paid them over $3000 to help me with my tax debt but at the end nothing changed. Basically I could have done it myself. I recommend not use them its a rip off.

UPDATE- It's been 4 weeks since I posted this review and OptimaTax responded saying someone would reach out to me, but no one ever did. We ended up paying $2,500 more than we had to. They didn't help reduce taxes at all. We could have used that money toward taxes instead of paying Optima to set up a payment plan. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
