Happy with this app! This app has made me so much money over the last year. The flexibility has been great to be able to get my daughter ron the bus and off to be able to go back to school and I've made some long term clients that I have wonderful relationships with. One woman I've been cleaning for for 2 years now through this app. Another has been about a year. 10/10 recommended. Ive had some issues. There's an email you can email the help people and they will email you back keep a lookout.

Edited in response to developer: I had my coverage set to up to 25 miles away from my location and first thing that popped up was something 30 miles away, 5 an hour for every new client being taken is a lot for trying to get new clients. I chose a reasonable hourly rate just to have it dropped down to barely liveable. Twice I have had upset people contact me about the clean date because it wasn't what they chose, so it may be worth it to make it more clear that several dates will be posted.

Thanks for your feedback! We've forwarded your concern to our Engineering Team for review. As an independent contractor, you have full control over your service area and hourly rate. The $5 marketing fee for new clients helps cover overhead costs. Moreover, alternate scheduling options are provided by clients when booking their cleaning.

App could use some updating. It does not have notifications other than emails. When clients message you or reschedule it's almost always to late and now there's miscommunication or you've lost out on a job. When you and your client agree on different times and you change it in the app you are penalized and your account will get suspended. Support is helpful.

Hi! Please check if notifications are on: Settings > Notifications > App Notifications > Homeaglow (toggle on). If they’re on but not working, try reinstalling the app. Use Report an Issue > My Client Wants to Reschedule for client-requested reschedule to avoid penalties. If deactivated for a client-approved reschedule, email support@homeaglow.com.
