I've been working with homealow for a little over a month now and it's been pretty easy to work with. Only thing is the prices for most homes aren't a fair price. Most customers believe we can do so much in such little time and not enough pay. Other than that I've really enjoyed using the app to connect with customers and receiving every single 5 star ⭐ review. I've been top cleaner since the 1st week I started.☺️

Thanks for your feedback and for being a top cleaner, Yvonne! If a job seems underpriced, do a quick walkthrough with the customer to set expectations. They can add time if needed. You can also adjust your hourly rate to reflect travel and supply costs. Note that your new rate will only apply to future jobs. Keep up the great work!

The app is great I only have 2 problems with it. 1st and very important is it doesn't alert you when your clients have messaged. There really needs to be an alert something that shows that there are unread messages. And an alert sent to phones. The second problem is lack of support. I have put several message to the support chat and I never hear back from them. This is not ok. For us or for clients. There should be a number to call especially in emergencies. Otherwise I love the app.

An app that takes itself too seriously and provides few clients. When you get offered a job, it's random, so make sure you catch the notification and respond in 5-10 min or you'll lose the job instantly. Presumably there's a lot of users. You're forced to interact with real human staff via email and do a welcome call once which can cancel out a job (happened to me). Clients can be flakey and unreliable. I'd give this app a higher score if there were more clients and no human staff.
