Ratings and reviews

Won't even start up or load at first and 2nd, and 3rd log in 🤔 So update, other then the rude behavior as to the customer service not responding. The "fixed" bug they explained in the paragraph above, is NOT fixed! You can't even open the damn app let alone start up. FIX IT PLEASE! It is needed!

Very poor! Never received initial 'verify your account' email regardless of how many resend attempts. Couldn't connect to Hue, always get API token failures. Deleted, not got time for things that don't work!

I thought this was a widget. I already have the nest app which controls my thermostat just fine. I'm not sure what this is for as there is no widget to put on my home screen.
