We have had our account for almost a year now. Overall it is a pretty good app, I wish the hours of the bank were different. It would be nice if you deposit a check on Friday from the mobile app it would post immediately, because if I could make it to the bank by 4:30 it would. Most people don't get off work until 5. Then the bank isn't open on the weekends at all. All other services are good and their customer service is wonderful.

Frustrating/Annoying it's not that good of a banking app. if you like getting signed out constantly and having to call them to to get a new password is extremely annoying. Especially when you need to look at your information.

This app would be more beneficial if it would work. Whether I am on wifi or using mobile data, it takes forever to get to the sign in screen and then sometimes it doesn't even get to there. App is absolutely useless if you need to check balance or transactions quickly.
