They don't send you billing statements which makes it easy to forget you had the service. Then when I went to cancel the service, I had to hunt for instructions to send an email to cancel, which is the only way. They cancelled the account, but not before charging me for an additional month that I shouldn't have based on my cancellation request date. Be careful.

I was so excited about this because I expected more accurate sign in info, however it only really works on tablets. I have a Galaxy S10+ but it only works I landscape mode so it took 5 minutes for me to fill in my info and I knew what was expected. When I tried chatting they just kept sending me videos to watch. Not the experience I expected.

Open Home Pro had been really terrific until recently when the export feature just suddenly stopped working. Other agents have experienced the same issue. There is no phone support available and no one to talk to so I have emailed them repeatedly over the past 4 weeks. Their standard reply is "We are working on all issues on a priority basis". No fix date is given. Without this working the software is useless. They don't acknowledge the importance of this. After 4 weeks no progress, nothing!
