Good all round, easy to use. Not sure why all the negative reviews. As a dealer I use this app constantly, and aside from an occasional need to reboot app(what app doesn't occasionally) it works great for my homeowner's, bars and restaurants. Most I read are subsystems not the Elan app , which points more to the installer , or 3rd party equipment

Really not worth the money spent. The application is not user friendly at all. It keeps on throwing me out of my Deezer account. Everytime I try to log in to my account with the correct details verified on the Dezzer app, it indicates that the login failed. I also can't see the radio stations I want to tune in to. It only allows to set up or down without telling you on what station you are. The app is slow and there are a lot of glitches. I cannot emphasize enough how much this software sucks.

The system integrator managing my Elan system said because of how problematic Elan is he may stop installing and providing support. It may be fine for very simple setups but it's a nightmare to manage and maintain. The app doesn't seem to follow android programming standards so you will encounter very strange problems due to Elan's proprietary solutions. Like good luck talking to someone at your doorbell if your phone was locked when they pressed the button! The micophone won't be active because Elan doesn't unlock your phone or allow you to do so (and they don't use the notification shade so you can't unlock and answer the call that way either.) Unfortunately if you're browsing for this software you probably already have the hardware so my condolences.
