The 'refine filters' have gone from abysmal to shocking, went to pick a new 4k tv today, what can I filter on? Fastrack, brand, customer rating and price, (display tech? Nope, size? Nope, anything actually usef? Nope) I know, how dare I want to refine things to what I'm interested in, how very rude of me... But it's fine, Curry's got my £2k instead, Argos clearly doesn't need it... And, why do I have to log back in every 37 seconds, Amazon doesn't make me?
What's happened to the app? All the filters have dissappeared? Can't even search for a specific range of tv or duvet sizes as an example. BNPL offers aren't showing like they used to. Also have to reset store location every time I visit the app so it will show the correct product availability.
Decent enough app for viewing/searching items, but have had increasing difficulty trying to pay for items within the app due to internal errors, the last of which charged to my Paypal account but left no record of the order with Argos - and still managed to invalidate my promotional voucher in the process! Would recommend using the browser site as an robust alternative.
Highly recommend not using this app. It doesn't get updated promptly and the prices change from adding to basket to going to checkout. Then the staff just say it's not there fault and are not helpful. Argos has gone downhill and has lost one customer they don't care about.
I love this app i get everything i need. But the last couple of days the app has been playing up. It goes blank when i click on an item to view cant even get product number as it just come up blank when you click on the item. Great app though.
Constantly changing the prices, having price errors, updating says be back before you can say milk and sugars that was 2 hours ago... can see why smyths, the range, b&m are doing so well!
Quick one from us this time, we've improved our search logic so if you search for kettles you'll actually get kettles... not kettlebells or other random kettle shaped objects.
