Bought something Xmas time & had trouble contacting customer services via phone/email so had to resort to the public facebook page in hope of response. So I'd suggest customer services feature on this app, where complaints can be dealt with in a structured fashion showing at what point of processing the complaint is & perhaps then managing customer expectations in an effective manner during busy periods. I'd wouldn't have minded waiting a few days for reply but through ringing noone can be prioritised.
Better, but still massive issues...💩 1. The 'refine' filter is (even worse now, make sh!t up now) a complete waste of time, why can I not look for black OR white kettles, or on-ear AND wireless headphones, or Zanussi, Kenwood AND Hoover fridges? Makes the app largely useless, Curry's let me do this, why not Argos?_____ 2. Stock lookup and product not displayed errors are still present._____ 3. why do I have to keep logging back in? This is an app for crying out loud..._____ 4. Why is there no 'home' button, can take button bashing just to get back to the beginning and start a new search._____ 5. Will Sainsburys get decent app dev's in? Fingers crossed
Email links It's sad that email links still don't open in the app, that was one of the first things that came with apps on phones!
The app is good but i want to send an email to customer services but link don t work ....
Not very good at all. Why, with all the advancements in cloud connectivity, can this app not perform even basic functionality? Specifically, please explain why my Wishlist does not sync between my phone and tablet? Pretty basic stuff, which seems beyond the capabilities of Argos technical staff. May as well just use the website and forget the app. Pretty poor.
What a rubbish app and a rubbish company...I have placed a order.now I cant access the order history to locate the order.....total waste...
Remember that Easter Egg we put in where it looks like you can tap on the search term but you can’t? Funny right?? It was deliberate, honest :(
Yeah, ok hands up on this one, we didn’t think it through. The Material Design feedback had us strutting around with our chests out and talking in the 3rd person like a coding Zlatan…and then the ground came up to meet our faces in a humbling UX faux pas smack down
It's fixed now and we also put an overflow menu to enable quick return to the home screen.
