Waste of time, as highlighted by others you can do everything you would expect except buying anything. You can add items to your basket etc, but you'll never get further than that because of some unknown error. You'd think this would be a priority fix given that the whole point of Argos is selling stuff but apparently not! Basically just an digital version of the catalogue at this point with the same functionality.

I purchase a lot of things from Argos and since Covid, reserved items need to be paid for. However it is impossible to actually follow through with the transaction as there is always an error. It's great for browsing and stock checking however that's about as useful as it gets. There are numerous reviews to the same effect and this issue has been going on for months, if not almost a year. Sort it out Argos!

So frustrating! You can search items, you can add to basket (if you can find what your looking for and it can be in stock at a location nearby for when you want it which is becoming rarer!), but when you want to check out... 'We're sorry, there was an error. Please try again later'... almost every single time. And don't be fooled, it probably won't work later either- mine doesn't and I've stupidly tried again later far too many times. Save yourself the frustration and use your web browser.
