Big basic faill. You can't search by catalogue number ***/****. I had to do a Google/web search for the item. If your website can do it all but your app is limited what's the point of the app? The reason of an app is it should be your first point of call, so it pays for its development in sales at the very least. Not just to tick a box, then wonder why nobody uses it.
Worst app I've ever used in my life! Can hardly see anything it changed the date for my delivery without me knowing... glitches every time I try and use it. Over all worst app ever.
Dreadful waste of time. Rarely seems to be able to check stock levels, when it finally does it always says the item in my local store is out of stock and only available via home delivery at a cost of £3.95. I've driven down to the store not more than 10 minutes later only to find they have the items in stock. Complete scam to get you to have everything delivered at your expense. Argos is a good store so this is a shame. Please rectify asap.
Does your IT department actually try the apps before release? This app is absolutely unusable. You can't choose the store you want as once it's found you can't select it. Also can't choose full website as it won't open. THIS APP IS INFURIATING AND A TOTAL WASTE OF TIME. ARGOS DESERVES TO BE IN TROUBLE WITH SALES IF THIS IS THE QUALITY OF SERVICE WE GET.
Good app for ordering from Argos, but if you want to change your order in any way, including delivery date and/or time, you get directed to live chat. Why not just add an amendment option with a time limit before the order is processed? Most other sites offer quick and easy amendment options.
How silly on part of developers as i'm unable to install the app from store just because i have Indian Google account.I had to create a uk Google account just to install this app.So inconvenient.Please fix this guy's.
