Ratings and reviews

only downloaded for additional filtering and disappointed you cannot filter by out flood zones. I would never re-download as they make discontinuing the harassment via email annoying. first, I opted out of emailing when i created the account, surprise surprise that doesnt work. then you have to go into your account, click on every category of notification, and disable 4 different subsections. I will not be clicking 40 different items and instead will be deleting my account.

This app doesn't seem like a replacement or upgrade to Homesnap at all. My pro (or even basic agent focused) information doesn't come up in the app so I'm forced to use the Web version. You can't search for more than one location at a time. Also, you can't schedule tours with ShowingTime directly from the app. I'm hoping these things will be added.

I like the app when it works. The search features are good overall and I like the level of detail provided, but it crashes when I try to save homes as favorites and I keep having to reinstall in other to log in and access my lists. It would also be nice to be able to search by multiple neighborhood names at a time instead of one at a time or trying to circle them all with the drawing tool.
