Confusing. Doesn't work. Buggy. I don't even know how to use this app now. What happened to the "slicing"? How do I mark a chore as "needs doing"? Sure, the app looks more modern, but it's not intuitive anymore. UPDATE: I finally figured out how to set a task and complete it...kinda...the task marks as complete but stays in the past due section on the to do side. How do I get rid of it?!
Great home management app Homeslice could be the perfect home management app, but the newest version has a few small bugs. Whiteboard is just a group message, and works well. Chores is fantastic! It can be one time or recurring, assign people to the task, and is simple. Please don't change chores any more! The supplies section is a bit more problematic right now. It is just a long list of things, noted as either in supply or not. This is decent, but currently has a significant bug where you cannot move a supply to "needed".
Really like where this app is heading. It would be nice to be able to archive and/or edit whiteboard items that may have been accidental. Few bugs: Unable to go back to menu when an archived bill is opened. Have to close the app. The app doesn't stay active when switching between other apps. Have to sit through login again.
Full of bugs The supplies tab should include a sort functionality which was present in the earlier version. The tabs on the home screen are not working. I want to revert back to the old version !!!!
Uh,...this is a no-brainer! The app works great! To look back at my college roommate-crazy-years, (to keep rent low) and realize what a sad tragic time that was without an app like this in existence is a recognition of the times we live in today. And the intent behind the application is rock solid --to streamline responsibility amongst all of our (punk, but lovable) roommates while allowing for transparent communication and accountability. I strongly recommend this app for all roommate situations, especially for the College Freshman!
Pretty straightforward Nice user interface, easy to set up, and casual enough for roommates or dorm mates. Could be used by a married or civil union couple easily. The only oddity was in setting up bills. Swipe to the right to set up a due bill and the confirmation button says Paid and makes the message center confusing in that sense.
· New task list
