Step back from the app I use now Latest update: Still junk and now my local mls has switched to this app. Cant even save searches or search multiple cities at once. The search reults are a bunch of pins which make a nice looking ui but wortless when you cant get a list to browse. Map seach is again useless because all get are pins. Easy to tell some techie who had no user experience designed this junk. Filters are basic and don't cover the usual property attribute fields.
Good, but... Great app, but the "invite clients" part needs work. As an agent, I need to be able to invite clients via sms, not just via email. And the contact list takes too long to load. Also, what's up with the "News" tab?
Great tool This app is very efficient excellent tool
All but useless Can't believe our association did away with their search app and replaced with this. Want to search for listings just by a street name and zip with no address number? Nope, this app won't even let you do that. Called the Homesnap folks and they weren't even aware of that limitation. Said they were working on letting users adjust criteria but it's been months and nothing has changed. Also misses listings half the time when searching nearby your location. Not reliable for real estate professionals.
Search parameters The search parameters/filter does not work. Try to choose sold comparables, but it won't search and goes back to active and under contract search. It would be nice to do a search based on house styles such as ranchers, Colonial, split levels, etc.
Great Concept But... There many good things about this app and it is 1 of 2 I use daily, but, why the dissatisfaction? The messaging is HORRIBLE! In concept it is great to keep track of conversations and properties with your clients. However it all too often crashes when loading the message or freezes. Less frequently, but also a problem is when moving through the map too fast to a desired location, it simply will not load the available properties. This could be a 5 Star app easily if not for the crashing or freezing.
More great features to improve your home search: search for schools by name, search for homes by school attendance zone, and search open house listings by date. New map layers reveal school zones, property boundaries, and satellite imagery. Listings in the same building are now grouped to make comparison-shopping easier. Plus, now you can swipe through photos in the list without loading complete details.
