Good design and UI. Gives lot size in acres, not square feet. This app is beautiful and could become a staying power if it improved features. Being a Realtor, my needs are more involved than the average consumer. Homesnap seems to be positioning as an agent offering for clients, which means it needs to add API integration with CRM. Also needed, a direct agent link to the Play Store rather than sending clients to a website for an invite link. Most agents won't bring clients to an app that doesn't allow them to white label or own the client relationship.
What the pros use If you are a realtor you need this. Search could be better tho.
Good Application Easy to use and good sharing tools.
Could be better Search options need work. Unable to use the filter when using the city, school, or zip code option. Doesn't show all listings. List view doesn't always work when a zone is highlighted.
So many useful tools, and continuous tip reports
Great app. I'd give it 5 stars if it would REMEMBER the filter settings. There's no excuse for having to set the filter each and every time you start the app! Having an option for it to update the map view (based on the GPS) would be great too. Overall a very useful and well put together app. (Now tell me why I can't find rentals on your regular web site -- only through the app). ;)
More great features to improve your home search: search for schools by name, search for homes by school attendance zone, and search open house listings by date. New map layers reveal school zones, property boundaries, and satellite imagery. Listings in the same building are now grouped to make comparison-shopping easier. Plus, now you can swipe through photos in the list without loading complete details.
