0 stars, this app is impossible. i have successfully logged in maybe 3 times ever, and even then i had to jump through a million hoops. it wont accept my login info (which i, at minimum, quadruple check) and if i try to reset my password, the email NEVER sends. I even once went to a location in person to reset my login info, after which it worked once and then never again. the support for the app is practically nonexistent. im fed up. this is an unacceptable lack of accessibility.

Constant maintenance to where it will be 24+ hours and I cannot check my balance. I have been banking with them for OVER 10 years! I have constantly been debating on switching banks because of how poorly optimized their app is.

The new layout looks absolutely atrocious. The old layout was much simpler and easier to navigate. I would appreciate a toggle that let's you pick new or old layout.
