0 stars, this app is impossible. i have successfully logged in maybe 3 times ever, and even then i had to jump through a million hoops. it wont accept my login info (which i, at minimum, quadruple check) and if i try to reset my password, the email NEVER sends. I even once went to a location in person to reset my login info, after which it worked once and then never again. the support for the app is practically nonexistent. im fed up. this is an unacceptable lack of accessibility.

over all its a good app, a little old and it gets locked out a lot and you have to go in and reset things or call and reset passwords but let's be honest, that's kinda safe isn't it? but makes payment easy, and nothing else really wrong with it just a hassle sometimes

It seems I'm constantly being locked out and only way to get back in is to use the "Forgot Password" feature or call. Is this happening for others? I'm in the process of switching banks as there are no hometown banks in my area, and I'm now with Wings Financial Credit union, and omg.... I didn't realize how far behind this app was. The amount of control on their app is unreal and I'm never being locked out for my biometrics. I think this app reads the biometrics wrong, and then locks it.
