Was working okay, sometimes would freeze or not let me access. However, after being notified to update...I went to, and it froze. I then restarted my cell. I then Uninstaller ap. And tried to reinstall...still was not working. I emailed service. No response. I called customer service, and she said my cell needs to be updated. I checked and told her I did these things and that my phone is up to date. I emailed again. Still no access to my bank account...

I used to love this app and use it constantly to monitor my account. Now it tells me there's a connection error unless I'm on wifi. it defeats the purpose if I can't use it whenever needed. If I have full cell service, there is no reason my app shouldn't work.

*Problem has been resolved* Didn't have a problem with this app until the last update, now when I open the app, it tells me to update. I go to update and it is up to date. I have tried restarting my phone and it is the same loop.
