We booked an electrician service to fix our home theatre, which included one soundbar and two small speakers. The electrician asked for ₹1500 for drilling six holes (including two holes in the panel). When I told him the price seemed too high, he said that it was his standard service charge. The entire work took only about 30 minutes. I asked him why it was so expensive, but he insisted that his pricing was fair and mentioned that he had received many good ratings for his work.

The app doesn't have a payment option because of which the service person denies the so-called HT coins. Also, their customer care is the worst. I had to tell them the difference between the FAQs & T&Cs. After everything, they just said they'd look into the issue & call me back, which didn't happen even after 48 hrs. TBH, I don't even judge the customer care people, they should be given proper training as well.

Excellent service! Booking through Home Triangle was super easy and hassle-free. The professionals arrived on time and did the job perfectly. No hidden charges, no delays. The staff was polite, well-trained, and very professional. Highly recommended. Overall it is best application. Very very great app.
