About this app

Honda RoadSync*1 is the companion app for selected Honda motorcycle*2.
By connecting your motorcycle and smartphone via Bluetooth, it offers simple & easy to operate functions such as phone calls, messages, music, and navigation (Turn-by-Turn) through the handlebar switch, without having to touch your smartphone screen while riding (hands-free).

Operating Honda RoadSync is very simple: make sure the volume on your smartphone is set to the correct level and use the directional keys on the left handlebar of your motorcycle.
Using a Bluetooth headset, operating your smartphone is completely hands-free.

Note: Honda RoadSync requires comprehensive permissions to allow your compatible motorcycle to connect and respond to your phone's calling and messaging apps.

The app worked perfectly earlier, but for the last 3 months it's been full of issues. Volume control is broken — increasing volume goes straight to 100, decreasing goes to 0, nothing in between. It’s very annoying to take out the phone every time while riding. The app crashes almost daily, and response is slow after using the handlebar switch. Sometimes the music app doesn't connect, call pick-up fails occasionally, and voice search has never worked since the day of purchase. Very disappointing

Man, the navigation is horrendous. No map, just an arrow, distance and some text. especially roundabouts are terrible. I would like to know which exit to take before entering the roundabout, not while navigating it. My eyes should be on the road, not trying to figure out which exit to take. This is really dangerous

I love to track my ride and have been using the app regularly. Often I get either logged out, or the data wouldn't load, and since last two days it wouldn't log in either. there's always a message stating "Server Error". While Honda makes such good motorcycles, why can they make the app usage experience pleasant. I even reinstalled the app and I still have the problem. very disappointed. I will quit using the app anymore.
