App should have a feature for customers to be able to contact the shopper or the delivery bee. I was short-changed during the COD payment but I couldn't call the guy. I can only email and wait for I don't know how long or if I'll get my money back. I didn't want to use cards because of all the bad reviews and I didn't think it safe to do that.
A very DISHONEST bee... they charged extra laundry costs for ghost items that were not there although we counted together each item on delivery. Nobody cared to reply to my objections and just helped themselves to my credit card for some more money. NEVER AGAIN
So far so good, use the grocery and food delivery service and was satisfied with their service.
One of the worst delivery providers around. The fact that they don't have a customer hotline already reflects badly on the service provider itself. Probably themselves know how badly they perform. I used it for the first time and already I had a bad experience. Items were missing and the deliverer was rushing to go. After realizing items were missing the deliverer ignores texts or calls. The website itself has no hotline and phone number stated on Google is perpetually busy. If there was a number to call, a simple issue like this easily solved. But I guess that's why your reviews on Google are so bad. I advise people to look for a more reliable service provider and not this one.
I use this for food deliveries. The app worked well the first two times, but there have been problems the last three times - the estimated time for delivery gets stuck (or suddenly goes from 30 to 60 mins), which makes me think there's something wrong with the order. But when I check with the concierge on chat, there aren't actually problems with the order, so the problem is with the app, and their server too, because the timing is the same on the website. I notice that the timing only gets updated when the rider has picked up the order. This makes it difficult for me to order from Honestbee because I have no way of telling where my order is at, and it's impractical to keep contacting the concierge to find out the status of my delivery. I've been satisfied with Honestbee's service before so I really hope the app can be fixed.
Took my cash, no food recieved and the only support went offline when he was "checking" for me. Just use foodpanda or ubereats, just got scammed by honestbee. Stucked at preparing and 28mins for 2 hours with no support and contact.
Sometimes the promotional price is so good, a store may need to be a bit strict about how many items can be purchased per customer. If that’s the case, we will display the limit when you're adding items to cart, as well as on the product detail page.
Things that were not supposed to overlap, overlapped or were cut off. In our opinion, overlapping is only good when layering a lasagne but not desirable in app design, hence cosmetic improvements were made.
