Sadly, the app is more or less useless. Every time you log in you have to get a link. That link sends you round in a loop back to where you need to get a link. Nightmare Groundhog Day scenario. I had this right at the start but thought it was just a registering glitch but no, it's every time. I had to contact customer support to get it working. Every time then? There's enough reviews mentioning this for them to have taken this on board and done something about it by now. I won't be renewing.

The app is pretty useless. It took me more than 2 days to get signed up - the app kept going all Apollo 13, which was ok the first time, but not after dozens of tries. Now I've given up on the app entirely because it wants me to go through the email verification sign up every single time. I *think* their sevice is ok, but it's quite hard to tell. Overall it feels like a very poor experience for a company that wants to make itself out as being hi tech and innovative

Horrible to set up, kept sending me in a loop. In the end I used a different email and it appeared to work. Imagine my surprise when I saw my bank statement to see that I had been charged twice! On top of that, it's useless. Doesn't work any better with the esim activated. I would cancel, but I don't know how to so I'm going to have to cancel the direct debit.
