I cannot get logged in. I put in my info and it just takes me back to the app. I had the app and it wouldn't load so I deleted it and reinstalled and now I can't get in

can't never get app to open after I put in the right email and password. I can open it on my tablet but not on my phone.

after a month of using, it wouldnt let me log in and just stopped working completely
