I bought a honeywell speaker few months nth back, it can't power on without charging plug in. and it switches off even while playing music, plugged in, or 100% battery.

set it up last night and now can't login. never had a problem with the nest

Followed instructions, it lagged for over 10 min after completing info on app. Finally I just closed the app and tried next day. It says my email has been created but now I cannot login as it shows a blank page. Like many people on here, this app is junk! So I cannot use my thermostats with wifi. Junk!
