terrible app. won't stay linked. most definitely won't control thermostat accurately. increased light bill drastically.

I'm shocked and disappointed that a renowned company like Honeywell, a Fortune 500 company, has developed an app that falls way short of expectations. The registration process for connecting to my thermostat is unnecessarily complicated, making a simple task feel like a major challenge. I've given up trying! it's embarrassing that their app fails to deliver a seamless user experience. Stop the madness!

Followed instructions, it lagged for over 10 min after completing info on app. Finally I just closed the app and tried next day. It says my email has been created but now I cannot login as it shows a blank page. Like many people on here, this app is junk! So I cannot use my thermostats with wifi. Junk!
