ability to control by zone is great. I do doubt the real temperature of the room versus the temperature recorded. Also there are some annoying optimisation and automation rules that whikst funky and valuable are damn complex to control and manage. For example if the zoned area thinks a wondow is open it drops the thermostat control to 5 degC. This is annoying when you know that there was no window open and you want to override it. otherwise a great system and oays back within 2 years.

20240817 update - still awful! This app is dreadful. When it works it's fine. Half the time it simply white screens and freezes. Not only that but it freezes my device which I then need to reboot. I paid a lot of money, thousands of pounds to buy the hardware and have it installed by professionals but everything is let down by the awful app. I use android 11 and a modern smartphone Help!

The app works but it is in need of serious development when compared to the competition. Areas for improvement are; visual appearance as it's very blocky and outdated, controls for zones and hot water need improving to include the option to set a selection of rooms, or the whole multi zone house to a specific temperature for a given amount of time. Scheduled should also be amendable from the app. These updates would bring significantly more fictionality to the app which, at its core, works.
