About this app

Through the HonySmart app, you can easily unlock the following advanced features:
[Map Save](Only applicable to some devices) Turn on the map save mode, and after operating according to regulations, advanced functions such as room zoning, merging and segmentation can be achieved, while improving cleaning efficiency.
[Virtual Walls and Restricted Areas] Set up virtual walls and restricted areas, ready to use and set, so that the robot will not cross the virtual wall or enter the restricted area during cleaning.
[Timing Cleaning] If you make an appointment a scheduled cleaning task, and the robot will start the cleaning task at the designated time. After completion, it will automatically return to the charging station.
[Selected Area Cleaning] (Only applicable to some devices) You can choose to specify a room for cleaning. After selection, only the selected room will be cleaned, and you can clean wherever you want.
[Spot Cleaning] Click on the location to be cleaned on the map, and after clicking Start, the robot will automatically plan the path to the target point and perform local cleaning.
[Resume Cleaning] When the battery level is below 20%, the robot automatically plans the shortest path to return to the charging station for charging: after fully charging, return to the unfinished area and continue cleaning.

Ratings and reviews

Great vacuum! It picks up a lot of cat hair especially now that they are shedding. The app is just ok. I didn't have too hard of s time setting it up. It take several tries to name rooms. Setting up no go zones was a little difficult to get the box in the right place. It shows exactly where the vacuum has been when it starts as scheduled. Why does it not show it's path if you just start it. Or if it's interrupted?

Bought the Q6 SE from Amazon on an offer. The vaccum itself is brilliant, power, navigation etc. all great. App wise, Google integration didn't work, neither did location services but for me, everything else did. No map issues and it won't mop areas it isn't told to. I contacted the company via their website and got an immediate reply, but they couldn't really help. I found a solution for Google integration, you have to use the SmartLife app and a recent update means it docks every time now.

So far it's working. It took a while to figure out the first time you use. Need to let the vacuum go auto for the entire house. The. You can do rooms stuff. MAKE sure to save your map. Some, including me, have lost their active map. But I was able to recover it from the saved maps. Some features don't seem to work and doesn't seem to be getting any updates for a while.
