Ratings and reviews

Truly hate apps that don't have their own light/dark settings and just do whatever the system setting is. I vastly prefer the aesthetics of dark mode, but it's hard to read on, so I want most things to be dark mode but apps where I read for long periods of time to be light. But hoopla refuses to just let me set it as light mode like libby and cloudlibrary do, I have to change my whole system when I read on there, which means whenever I briefly click away, half my other apps look awful

I appreciate it for what it is, but the highlighting part keeps having issues. It takes me a couple of tries to get it to understand first that I'm wanting to highlight, and then which part I'm wanting highlighted, then it won't let me separate one "thought" from another with different colors if they are too close. I just have to have a big block of one color, with no distinction. I'm fully updated, too. Could be a lot better if you fix this bug.

Keeps randomly jumping back to the beginning of the book, which is incredibly annoying. I listen to audiobooks while I multitask, so I very rarely know where I am in the book, taking me several minutes to find my place again. It also doesn't play nice with the rest of my phone. Instead of pausing while my GPS speaks or a notification goes off like Audible does, it just continues playing inaudibly so I then have to hit the back 15 seconds button. This is particularly problematic when I'm driving.
