Sometimes it works. Mostly it doesn't. It's always telling me the URL is broken, so when I need care I sure as hell can't find it. If I search for providers, I get outdated info. I'm fairly certain they make it this bad on purpose so I just decide to not get care. I mean, we all know when youre sick, you definitely have the stamina to hunt down an urgent care that takes Hooray Health by calling all the ones near you and asking because the company's app is garbage.

register your account, set everything up. and then go to sign in with that information, and it fails immediately. also 'fails to load a URL' apparently when you're trying to see the providers in your area on the map

actually way worse than I could have imagined! I wish I would have came here before I signed up to pay for this garbage health insurance! registered and now my credentials are instantly invalid and every url says it's broken?! they should pay me for trying!
