I HATE THIS APP! So many steps and hunting around to find what I need. I can't even use the app to make a principal only payment! Hell, my local branch can't do it either! They have to notify the main branch to do it and several days later I rec a receipt in the mail. I have accounts at 3 other banks and their apps outrank HHCU 10/1. Very disappointed, VERY DISAPPOINTED !!!!!!!!!

This bank gets more frustrating each day. I can never get approved for a loan. I have to go through other banks who tell me they have no clue why my bank won't approve me. My transactions keep disappearing and reappearing a week later making it difficult for me to know how much I actually have and my card gets declined after I just paid the damn thing off!! This has been happening for MONTHS now. I'm worried they are taking my money without me noticing. I'll be switching banks very soon.

I had several problems when the app was released..had to go to the credit union SEVERAL TIMES to get it work. Even the credit union had the same problems with it that I did. I don't like how the account tiles have changed..it does not display the payment amount and the date the payment is due by. It has been replaced with " Member Info" . You have to select the account then the" transaction" or" details" to get that info. It was more useful when you could see that info on accounts tiles.
