This app and it's platform are an awful mess visually. User experience is frustrating and messy. There's too many functionality bugs to mention. It's better if you just do all your social manually. There's not much benefit to Hootsuite. As a relatively new user, I am very disappointed.

I have paided for the pro version and still can't login to more accounts than 3. I have called the help line MULTIPLE TIMES and left 2 voice mails. I never heard back and still haven't gotten my issue resolved. I'm very close to asking for a full refund. Very unsatisfied

Why did you remove the share button in this last stream media update? Please update and bring it back. This was 5 star for us, but now, with updates removing features, rating is dropping until those features return to the user.

Works well except for the push notifications for scheduled posts. I have 3 devices with Hootsuite and none of them receive notifications for publishing scheduled posts.

In the newest version it now automatically goes to the newest tweet instead of staying where you left off in your timeline. This makes it exactly like the twitter app and thus useless for me, someone who doesn't need to schedule tweets and just wants to look at my timeline from where I last left off

I used to use this app all the time for my business. Ever since I got the Galaxy S8 Plus a couple of months ago, I no longer receive push notifications for the searches I have set up on both Twitter and Instagram. I was hoping they would come up with a fix but the problem persists. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and data, logging out, everything and the problem stays. If anyone knows a fix, please let me know, but for now, I guess I will have to finally look for another service.

Wellit was good for while and all of a sudden my profiles are disconnected even though they are connected and I can't fix it. I am a businesswoman and something like this is very very frustrating. This is the third time I've had this issue and obviously the makers up is app don't really care too much to fix this, despite my previous feedback. I am disconnecting all of my profiles, uninstalling this app for my phone and going with another service

App randomly stopped pulling through images for scheduled instagram content, meaning I can't post for clients. Bulk upload is broken as well, removes punctuation and ruins content. Support is laughably bad, would not recommend to anyone ever.

I like the convenience of scheduling content to be posted on multiple social media sites all at once. If there was an easy way to review what I posted it would be perfect. Perhaps I don't know how or it's not possible with amplify for doTERRA.

Hootsuite arrived early to a service that many other companies now provide, and now I'm thinking of switching. Repeated problems with their certification process, publishing structure and laughable Instagram support have made me seriously reconsider recommending this product to anyone.

I have used Hootsuite before for my business and it worked. For the past month, I cannot connect to my Facebook group. I can connect to my Facebook account but Every time I try to connect to my Facebook group. It says I have been blocked for trying my password too many times. This has been going on for a month. It's cost me business and I relied on the program to post for my business. So disappointed

This app sucks. I can't do anything on Instagram. The app has crashed everytime I attempt to add my IG account. I have wasted so much time fussing with this.
