January 30, 2013Update2: Do you have your tabs/streams set up on the web dashboard www.hootsuite.com for the app to sync to? If not, you would have to manually add them in the app. Update: Reinstalling fixed it for another user. Could you try reinstalling?
I used to use this app all the time for my business. Ever since I got the Galaxy S8 Plus a couple of months ago, I no longer receive push notifications for the searches I have set up on both Twitter and Instagram. I was hoping they would come up with a fix but the problem persists. I have tried uninstalling, clearing cache and data, logging out, everything and the problem stays. If anyone knows a fix, please let me know, but for now, I guess I will have to finally look for another service.
Wellit was good for while and all of a sudden my profiles are disconnected even though they are connected and I can't fix it. I am a businesswoman and something like this is very very frustrating. This is the third time I've had this issue and obviously the makers up is app don't really care too much to fix this, despite my previous feedback. I am disconnecting all of my profiles, uninstalling this app for my phone and going with another service
I paid for this months ago now its telling me to pay again. Total Rip off
Hootsuite arrived early to a service that many other companies now provide, and now I'm thinking of switching. Repeated problems with their certification process, publishing structure and laughable Instagram support have made me seriously reconsider recommending this product to anyone.
For some reason the app no longer notifies me during the time of posting... Making it useless.
I only dont like that it adds pictures to an album randomly, and I get no choice of the album
