How does it work?

• Download the App for free
• Register and sign up
• Add your preferred payment method. Don’t worry! your information will be safe, and we won't charge until you start riding!
• Locate your nearest scooter on the map and press “GO”
• Scan the QR code to unlock
• Enjoy your ride. Be safe and always wear a helmet!
• End your ride by locking up the service with the App and park the scooter in a safe place
• Rate your ride

HOP charges a low fixed price for unlocking the scooter, and a per minute of use fee. Since prices vary from city to city, we recommend you check the rates before unlocking your scooter by clicking on the rabbit icon on the map.

The scooters are good. The app is kind of slow, but it works. The only thing that I'm missing is to be able to unlock more than one scooters at once. If I'm with friends and would like to pay for their ride, it's not possible. Each of them needs to install the app, register and verify which is very slow. It loose the idea of spontaneously riding.

App no longer working. I scan the QR code and says there is an error. I tried installing again the app but the same problem appears. Now I want to delete my payment information but it doesn't let me. I tried to email them but it bounces back. Address does not exist.

Very unpleasant experience, lost 15 bucks, because of inappropriate parking (it was parked at the designated place). Then I wanted to remove my card information, but couldn't, because of an error. I wrote an e-mail to the support team, saying I can't remove my billing information, whereupon they responded with "if you are not intendet to use service please delete app". Not only their english is not on point, but they were very unfriendly and not at all professional. Might be the worst scooter.
