Absolute nightmare. When our brother died suddenly, we had to scramble to find flights and car and hotel for the funeral. The flight and hotel, which I booked on another site, went perfectly. The hotel looked to be a decent deal, and I read decent reviews about Hopper (clearly I didn't look deeply enough). Twice I tried to input the correct dates.
