After 1 month of use, the phone app kept crashing. I had to uninstall and reinstall several times before I gave up. I contacted customer service for a refund because I paid for a year but only got a little over a month use out of it. They denied a partial refund because of their policy. I just got charged for a second year and they won't refund that either because "there's no record of me trying to cancel". Obviously didn't save my conversation, and it's hard to cancel when you can't open it.

Super helpful to give posting more structure and allowing me to plan tasks well ahead of time. I can see they are developing the ui and it feels really intuitive to use. Looking forward to seeing what's next!

minor hiccups in the functionality BUT customer support is excellent. the monthly fee is also reasonable. only been a customer for a short time but plan to continue.
