Senditoo is an efficient and reliable way to send both mobile credit and money to family and friends abroad. The app is quick, clear and simple to use. Their customer service is unbeatable as they manage to make you feel important as a customer but also go above and beyond to resolve issues. Highly recommend.

Bad experience. They are asking for photos of credit card. I Don't know what type of way it is to veryfy the credit card. please let us know. I have done the payment after verifying from my bank. Moreover I have asked for refund. They have told me that the money is refunded. But what a "ban" status means in transaction?

Dear Akher, Regrettably we were unable to proceed with your transactions as they had been flagged by our fraud team. You used several payment cards most of which were declined. Your payment has been fully refunded and the incident reported.

Acknowledge emails when you request us to email you. A message from the app, an email from my PayPal email and my regular email all went unanswered until I posted a complaint here. People do not get upset if you acknowledge them. The service delivered some hours later, so I updated the rating based on "delivered as ordered" but still find the customer support lacking a sense of urgency when it is needed.
