Suddenly the app and the website will no longer text me a code, but they will email me one. If I try to get a code via text, I get a message that one was sent, but I never receive it. I've tried the "send another" but that doesn't work either. Update: Problem was not with Horizon. My phone received an update from Verizon which affected its ability to receive texts. That has now been fixed.

unfortunately,this app might need some major updates or at least a good tune-up seems easy enough to navigate ,but it's glitchy. I downloaded the app a few weeks ago in hopes to easily find a primary doctor and possibly a therapist, however many of the selections bring you to a screen with a prompt telling you that it will take you to a third party site to help you "find care & cost" then crashes after that. They can be reached weekdays from 7am-6pm ET. Alternatively, you can sign into your account from your phone at horizonblue.com using your device's browser or a laptop.

(Update - problem still exists 4 months later) The app will not let me access my account because it refuses to add my phone number for two factor authentication. This is due to it being associated with a prior plan. I have no way of removing it. It's very frustrating that BCBS does not recognize that people can change employers and need to change plans with them. Ive called the customer service several times and they are very unhelpful.

In the interim, you can sign into your account using your device's browser at horizonblue.com. Most functionality will still be available with the exception of telemedicine.
