Its a horrible app. We wanted to take the ferry from Vallejo to SF, but the only way to do it is to use the app. For starters I can't even add a form of payment, it either cannot add the card, or just gets stuck on the loading screen to add the card. And for second not all the ticket options listed online are even avaliable. All and all if you can drive just do it, and save yourself the headache

Works well for checking schedules, especially if you use a number of routes or are new to the ferries. Views of route details are essentially the same as the website; notifications on route alerts are nice. I wish there was a way to favorite specific routes and immediately see upcoming departures from the home screen, and get alerts if high ridership is expected (like a ball game, show up early to the stop).

The new sign-in method were a user has to receive a link in their email is not working properly. Once the link provided in said email does not work and I am unable to login.
