30 yr smoker I have tried to quit many times and failed. This time, it is different for me emotionally and physically. This app is made to assist not be a cure-all. If you approach it like that, then this app is very useful and handy to have to help reinforce what amazing and positive thing it is to be smoke free. As I write this I am on day two of being smoke free and feeling very much in control of myself and confident I am a future non-smoker.
Whip it out instead of a smoke! A tiny intervention app that keeps track of the details behind quitting which are great to refer to whenever you need that extra boost during nic fits. How much time and money you saved and how much tar and nicotine you've been depriving yourself of. Also milestone related achievements for being smoke free for a certain amount of time is very rewarding. Thanks!
Motivating and Entertaining Love this app. It was the first one I tried when I quit cold turkey 4 months ago. I've tried a few others since & deleted them. This app is uncluttered, has enough information to keep me interested & coming back. Enjoy watching the medical & health benefits stack up. I have gotten to the point where days go by & I completely forget to check my stats, which makes it a bit of a surprise when I do. Almost missed my 4 month mark. If you're quitting, get this app.
6 weeks without a cigarette from being a 40 a day smoker This app is awesome, helped me a lot when i went cold turkey 42 days ago. Doesnt really work if you are still intaking any form of nicotine. Stats ,games and Facebook support. Thanks so much for this app. Update 12 weeks smoke free 20/3/15 update 150 days without a smoke. App is not really functioning anymore, keeps crashing.still cant post to Facebook 21/6/2015 31/10/15 still crashes please fix
Great App Keeps me on track...has never crashed running on Galaxy S7 edge keeps accurate track of money saved. Highly recommended!! Games are cheesy but take your mind off cravings and the stats are cool to see as well. Quit cold turkey 14 days and counting 😊
Good, simple app The app is a pretty good way to keep track of your effort to stop smoking. The health benefits section is a bit vague but I guess that is expected since everyone is different. The best part is days and hours since you quit. After a few days you don't want to lose all that you have built up this far and makes quitting easier.
