Horus Condition Report is a mobile application designed to draw up condition reports for artworks and historical artefacts.
It was designed to address the specific needs of conservation professionals, museum curators, and art collectors.
The 1st try is free, then the subscription is 28,99 € per year.
The accurate and detailed condition reports can be illustrated with 1 to 6 annotated pictures.
These reports include:
one page to specify the context of the report, and describe and identify the artefact
detailed views and comments
one page for recommendations and signatures.
The report (max. size 3 MB) is stored within the app and can then be sent via email or uploaded to a cloud. It can be edited by the original author or duplicated (e.g. for handover purposes).

Available in French, English, Italian, Spanish, and German. Specialized terminology has been approved by conservation professionals.
Pictures are automatically stored on your device. Annotated pictures can be extracted as a .jpg file for later use in other conservation documents.
Excerpts of the report leaving out the first and last pages can also be created.
