It's ok but I don't see myself playing this game long term... I like the concept of the game and didn't mind paying for no ads but even just on the 2nd clinic I find some stages impossible to pass without the use of diamonds or watching ads to level up certain things. I don't see myself playing for long as I don't want to watch ads or pay to win levels as I progress in the game.

Game has great potential, but...it becomes impossible. The levels are too difficult to complete without upgrades, which of course means money. You have to watch a ton of ads to progress. I wish these developers weren't so money hungry. I'm not opposed to spending money on an enjoyable game, but this is just frustrating. Even when you do purchase items, they are gone immediately and you are in the same position you were before by the next level. Don't bother.

After playing for about a month without spending money, here's 3 things I've concluded- 1. There are different stages and each stage has levels. I have difficulty passing a level without paying after the 2nd stage. I would be stuck on one level for days before I can accumulate enough money to upgrade an "equipment". 2. Watching every ad that's available can help a little. 3. I hope it's just me but there's a glitch where my buff gets used without me clicking on it therefore wasting it.
