Useless app. Asked me to leave a huge deposit for hotel. When I arrived they said they don't require deposit at all. In addition to that there are lots of bugs, the application crashes and also account deletion is broken which is required by GDPR.

this app is not complicated, BUT all the processes were too long. When I finally got my room key, it didn't work, so I couldn't open the door and had to look for the stuff, to get the plastic key-card. I don't know, what kind of deposit the app booked from my 💳, I hope to get it back very soon! The stuff also told me, that they have no idea about this app, as well as why the booking com is sending this information... Gonna pay for stay on the reception and not through this app

Failed countless times. The interfaces is not intuitive enough. It takes much, much longer than a regular key to unlock the door. Did not open the front door in my hotel so I had to use an extra key anyhow. Failed at register. Failed at check out.
