Highly suspicious app. Downloaded because a friend had a coupon. Couldn't book for a family of 4. Reached out to delete account and have gotten the run around all day... "customer support " is telling me to go into the account section and request to delete when those options/sections literally do not exist with the app! Reporting. Do not Download!

No password option, no way to contact hotel in app. For those who don't use password manager, their "magic link" via email may be convenient, but for me it is annoying, forcing me to open up another app before I can use this app. And after making my booking, I needed to contact the hotel, but there was no hotel info in the app. Had to go to Google Maps and look up the phone. There are tons of hotel booking apps. No point in yet another one that is harder to use. I tried it once, that's enough.

Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP! When I originally started using this app everything was fine. No problems at all. A few years later, out of the blue, for no reason at all... they disabled my account. When I reached out to their customer service, all they said was that they are "sorry but they cannot help me". Left me hanging on a late night arrival (which is the point of using this app) after I drove 16 hours and desperately needed to book a room. Never again will I depend on an app to have my back!
