Very unhappy This app used to be great but if you happen to get a bad room, dirty, noisy generally unacceptable you have no recourse. No refunds no moving. Better off using another method so you don't get stuck with a terrible trip. Customer Service did not help no response from twitter... They have fallen off. I guess it is not shocking that more than 10 percent of your reviews are one star.
Slick app but I paid about 20% more than the hotel's normal rate, so I'm not sure why I wouldn't just Google available hotels and book over the hotel website.
Rip-Off, Worst Customer Experience Ever After my first and only experience with HotelTonight, I’ll never use them again for anything. They sold me a room and then the hotel said they couldn’t give me the room I purchased. I spoke to a CSR at HT and they told me to deal with the hotel. Then the hotel told me to deal with HT. And then they just proceeded to point the finger at each other the entire time, while telling me that I will be charged whether I stayed in the room or not. It’s the worst customer experience ever! And I have Time Warner!
Really good so far I've booked a few rooms on this and so far so good, I like how it searches rooms around where you're at and it gets pretty good deals, I hope to continue using it as long as it stays the same and keeps the prices cheap
I installed and did a comparison between the app and other online services (i.e. priceline, travelocity, etc.) and found Hotel Tonight was not cheaper in any instance. I used five different cities and dates, along with different "classes" of hotels, and still no variance. Perhaps this was a fluke, but enough for me to uninstall - because, what's the point? Side note: The interface is lovely and intuitive!
