I don't think I've had a worse parking app experience than this. They're all pretty bad, but Hotspot seems like it was intentionally designed to be as hostile as possible. Oregon City needs to switch immediately. I've never before been required to keep a balance (minimum $10) just to pay 70¢ to park. On top of that, you can't have more than one active session, so I can't pay for parking more than one of my cars at once! Completely outrageous.

My account has been locked for no reason. The app has been buggy recently, and there were times were I can't log in. Today, I logged into the app with my email and I saw this error saying that my account was locked, I looked at my email and it redirected me to the website. I tried logging in with my Google account and the same thing happened like what it did in the app. Hopefully the developers can patch the bugs and fix the errors.

Pure rubbish. Complicated setup. Cannot process a single card payment like literally all modern apps, but rather forces you to fund a wallet with a $10 MINIMUM. My 1 hour parking fee was $1.22. Freaking absurd. If you park in Oregon City, I HIGHLY recommend you just bring coins instead of getting gouged by this straight-up scam. I've used many parking apps in multiple countries, and this is - BY FAR - the absolute worst one I've ever seen.
