To use this app, you need an invitation from your Congregation Secretary. Open the invitation email on your device and accept the invitation.

Super useful tool! We've been using it now for a little over a year and it's so easy for the brothers to use! I wish some functions online would work on app like the "send reminders" function. On iOS there is a way to see the groups and missing reports but there is no way on Android. Regardless of that, very neat tool that is easy for all to use.

Simple and Easy, BUT... Would be awesome if it were possible to submit more than one publisher's report, such as for individual family members. App seems to be tied to the actual device itself. This caused a problem when the secretary sent the email invitation for my son, a young unbaptized publisher. After accepting the invitation for my son (under a separate email I use for things related to him), I was able to submit his service report info, but am no longer able to submit mine.

Great concept, but has some flaws in it's current state. For example if I turn on biometric ID, then close and open the app, after authentication it just stands there and nothing happens for a long time. It happens often. And though my phone is set to english interface that's not my native language. And Hourglass automatically uses the phones language and doesn't seem to let me change the app's language. :(
