Good service. Liked the way they keep track of the technician till service is completed. But in this instance I ended up talking to the team at least ten times till the guy landed at my door step as he was not good at searching for the address even though it was clear. Other than this nagging part, overall, I would easily recommend this service to others.
App have bug and it will lead to business loss Dear Developer team app have below bugs1. Order and payment details is nit reflecting to Mechanic Module hence your engineer is not sure about customers had paid the amount or not means anyone can make them fool, 2. Customer can cancel the order after service even after 12hrs and your system is initiating the refund as well .. hope understand means, 3. Customer has paid the order amount or not no one can track customer nor Mechanic. And many more..
Hopeless service. No time sense. Very disappointing service. These guys have no time sense and they make false promises and would accept to offer services which they can't do. Please don't fall in this trap. Spoiled my christmas. A complete disappointment. They have charged for the service and haven't provided the service nor the refund. Its been 15 days and i m not sure how long it would take...
Bed bug issue I had a bed bug treatment through House joy... Initially they gave warrenty of 2 months which they REDUCED TO ONE MONTH with so many terms and conditions applied. My problem is still not solved and these people dont even respond if you call back them... Worst and highly unprofessional. I suggest not to use their services for your house treatment. They might try to delete this feedback....
Clear and efficient Had an electrician come home to install lights. The entire flow was very clear. Payment was made online, so no hassle over change. Guy came much earlier than expected, did a clean job and left.
Overall experience good I have had few services from Housejoy. Most of the time, their technicians call in advance & usually end up arriving before time. I have gotten services related to beauty, repair of washing machine, AC, carpet cleaning & plumbing. Except for plumbing, all services have been good & satisfactory. If the problem has persisted, their technicians have promptly come again & resolved the issue. The plumber was a cheat & overcharged for spare parts; complained to HJ too. Overall happy with HJ.
