Almost always a good experience when I'm there. Only had 2 issues -of getting the wrong product- that was most likely miscommunication on my end. I'm there at least twice a week and they've gotten to the point where I usually go with 2 others and if they're not worth me they ask where they're at because they always see us together. Always great customer service and can always find just what I'm looking for.

All of the employees are amazing, great team. I order frequently for delivery l and Riley (spelled wrong) is great. I can't recall the other delivery person's name, but he was great too. All of my orders have been accurate. I ordered one time where there was an error on a couple products. Riley called me to explain and helped figure out a different option. I am very happy with the House of Dank (Saginaw specifically), and will not go anywhere else.

Fort street store never answers there phones. Spent over a week coming in repeatedly trying to get moonrocks. Two days ago they said they have them in back but they need to check them in. Today they wanted $85 versus the $65 I have been paying for almost a year. They did have them at $85 a year ago and they basically just price matched their other Detroit location of $65 back then. So now I'd have to drive half an hour away to price check again because they won't say prices on the phone.
