Misrepresent items.. changed discription after we recieved item and called them. Provided half the item and customer service has someone new every time you call and they never follow up. 4 days and counting
We've bought about 2k worth of product on here. Sooo far amazing. Might have to do a return on one thing we will see how customer service is on returns. Everything we've bought so far has been what we've expected or even BETTER which is great!
While I love the concept of Houz, i hate that it scrapes my emails for contacts. One of the "collaborators" it suugested I invited was from a large group email, where I didn't know anyone on the distribution list. The Houz app has been deleted
At first I was a bit confused but I'm learning the app. I started out tagging specific items first which was exhausting and then I realized I can get an entire look and then add specific items. I'm a work in progress right now. However I do love the app.
I actually love Houzz but, because the app requires access to my contacts, I won't use it. I think access to my contacts should be optional if I want to collaborate with people in my contacts, which I don't. I keep other personal info in my contacts so I don't give access to any apps. Not even facebook makes access to my contacts mandatory to use their app so I don't see why Houzz does. Too bad.
Would be way way more impressed with a website that featured how to make average homes go from yuk or blah to WOW rather than feature homes with features and price tags beyond the reach of the average homeowner. Most of the photos aren't relatable.
