Well, I knew better than to let it update. The 9/8/'17 downgrade just crashes on starting up. I uninstalled it. It won't reinstall. Had to try again with the factory version of Google Play Store to find out that the Package File is corrupt. (The current crappy version of the Play Store returns error code -11.) Use Microtech's eprint for webpages or Print Hammermill for webpages and everything else. Used to work on phone, at least. Now it can't find my printer. Uninstalling on phone too now. HP = Horrible Processing.
Wow, wasted a whole evening trying to get this to work, just spits out blank pages at my printer. Needs a clear fix for this ongoing issue. Don't wasted your data downloading this app.
The update ruin the app, before you could print within 5 to 10 seconds. Now you have to go through an activation to print from your own printer. What a waste of time.
The app sends back data to hp. It causes the printer to misbehave and requires cartridge replacement even when there is 30-40% ink left. Better off using neutral app.
Not sure what happened to this app but the starred email option has a vanished. This also occurred on my wifes phone. This was very important as I would have to search for emails i need to print. Was to bget less efficient.
The software doesnt work! When it completes sending a screenshot, which is half the time, it only sends half the picture. Secondly, HP believes that pictures or screenshots should not be printed on standard paper. The only way to print a jpg or a screenshot is on 5x7 photo paper. Buyer beware!! When this load of ink is exhausted, I'm buying an Epson. I for one will never buy another HP product.
-For devices running Android OS 4.4 and earlier, this updated version of the app resolves the installation and connectivity issues.
-Improved internet connectivity
-Resolved the issue with Drop Box
