The apps okay if you're basically just checking to see how much money is left on your EBT card. But at least the touch ID option doesn't seem to work, there's no option to download any forms you need, it doesn't provide any of the notifications that you get through the website. It's a fair example of how out-of-date and out of touch government services are with modern technology and customer service.

Functions good. Now all we need is an app that will connect to the monitor that is used in the HHS offices that will relay or post the next number (person) that is called to go to the next window. I lost my hearing when I was 26 and I can't hear the numbers being called. Sure i can see but your eyes get tired and strained having to watch it for 30+ minutes until your number is called. Like the TUNITY app...it links to the monitor and you can hear the numbers or better hear AND see. Accomodation?

Like most other apps and functions does not recognize username and password and if you go along to try to sign on to your account by looking for a forgot password option to have a reset link texted or email to you none exists --- even though they help menu instructs you to scroll down to the bottom of page where there will be a forgot password option, which makes everything even worse and more frustrating! I keep reporting glitches but they don't fix them. Good luck.
