Getting better Love the watch, but having trouble charging and keeping charge longer than 24 hours. New charging unit just arrived as this has apparently been problem for many. Great features, but if watch does not keep working after this new charger, will send back. Too expensive to keep if it does not work. Will give this new charger a chance.
Fantastic Yes I do love the watch. But it is a little LARGE on my wrist. And heavy. I'll just have to get used to that. Haven't had any phone call yet for it to let me know while I was wearing it. It does keep track of steps. I'm glad I have it.
Clunky Keep receiving firmware prompts but no way to update. AMS prompt is ever present even when watch is not paired. Irritating more than functionally unsavvy.
It keeps disconnecting from my phone and doesn't stay charged long. Plus, keeps saying it needs to update but it will not download. Pretty watch but waste of money for how much it costs!
Just what I've been looking for! Love IT! Customer support is extremely responsive also ! (and I'm not generally a fan of HP)Thank you! Some of the poor ratings seem like they could be resolved had the user contacted customer support first. JS;)
Kathy Oakley This is one sorry watch, it will not connect to phone and stay there. Cost to much money for it to be this sorry, talked to someone several time will not take back. Save your money and don't purchase.
