Was a little confusing at first, like how to put the ink cartridges in and everything but that wasn't the issue I had. The issue I had is we have real bad wifi, and I needed these documents printed asap but it kept saying printer not available. I tried and tried and when all hope failed the printer printed out a sheet with the password and everything on it so you can do it WITHOUT WIFI WHICH I DID NOT KNOW! Then it printed pretty fast and smoothly! Ain't got much else to complain about. Thanks!

Worst app AND websites I've ever used. I keep getting notified to update my payment. I'd love to! If the freaking app and websites (yes, MULTIPLE) weren't so freaking convoluted to get around that it makes it impossible. If you use a browser, you literally can't find your account anywhere. ANYWHERE. It takes 20 minutes of 20 different page clickings to find it. Then, you go to the even crappier app and it insists you've been inactive for 15 minutes every time you try anything. How are they tech?

DOES NOT WORK ON CHROME OS! HP Smart App does not have full functionality as my brand new HP OfficeJet Pro 9730e is not supported. The app fails to find the printer on the internal network. It can remote print which I do find very useful. However, users on a ChomeOS are forced to use the app to used the advanced functions of the printer (ie scanning).
