Ratings and reviews

It does the job, but for some features like scanning, sometimes requires restarting, clearing the cache, and restarting the printer itself for it to work. Even when doing all that, the app will sometimes say a feature is not supported, then you restart the app, and it is working. In short, it does the job, but it seems it needs some work with making the features to stay working.

Great on the few occasions when it works. Unfortunately it rarely works. You'll spend more time trouble shooting the connection than you'll spend printing. Not much you can do. Trouble shooting basically involves unplugging and restarting the printer, the network and the device multiple times; until the printer finally shows up on the network.

Horrible app for scanning and there is something wrong with setup, the printer is alive and well but the app can't find it, can't use the document feeder for scanning. Forget the digital assistant feature it can't handle some questions at all. Sure wish I had not purchased this printer.. but the advertising seemed exactly what I was looking for... I expected much more from HP
