It took longer to log into this app than it did to watch the first ten entries of the search "cat videos" on youtube. It was extremely slow and difficult to look up information
I have open cases in my account but cant find it in the app
Good idea, horrible implementation First, this app is worthless without a scanner to add inventory by serial number. Inventory management is garbage, cases entered on the website don't show up, service contract information is never accurate, etc.. To top it off the app is dogshit slow and not responsive. I'm pretty sure all of the 5 star reviews are from the HP developers responsible for this turd.
Has some issues Splash screen misaligned. Slow to start even with 2GB ram, quad core cpu and fast internet connection. Sign in screen has Remember me function, but doesn't remember password. Support cases list doesn't show cases from 6 months ago, but we often need to check those older case details.
It's OK but ridiculously slow! Even on a PC with decent internet connection site is way too slow to the point of frustration!
